Day 3 Sunday

When I got up, Thuan and Suyin were already preparing breakfast. I usually just have cereal for breakfast but they asked me if I wanted omelette, nahiya naman ako tumanggi kasi mukhang pangtatlo ang hinahanda nila, kaya sabi ko oo...so libre na naman breakfast ko hehehe (hmm, mahilig ata sila sa omelette dito, nung isang gabi ipinagluto rin ako ni cindy ng omelette) ako na lang ang naghugas ng dishes kasi yun ang isa sa mga rules nila, if they cook, i'll clean up, if i cook, they'll clean up...

then thuan left because he had a math tutoring job...suyin and i also went to paddy's market and coles to buy some food supplies. i offered to pay for some of the items pero ayaw ni suyin...ganun din naman daw ang bibilhin nya kung sila lang daw ni thuan...i paid na lang for the bananas kasi kakain talaga ako nun...favorite ko talaga ang bananas hehehe

we went back to the apartment to drop our groceries, then went out again to buy some flowers...on the way out, suyin showed me the rooftop, the pool, the parking, the garbage room, the admin office. i guess she wanted me to feel at home talaga kahit na temporary lang ako dito sa kanila. on our way to buying flowers, she took me to the sydney medical center so i would know where to go in case i need to see a doctor

later in the day, we baked carrot muffin...she asked me earlier if i bake, sabi ko nde. ang tagal ko na gustong magbake pero nde ko alam panu gamitin ang oven namin sa bahay. wala kasing manual. sabi ko sa kanya, i would love to watch pag magbabake sya...kaya yun nagbake kami in the afternoon...i posted some pictures here :)

in the evening, meron akong appointment for another apartment inspection...on the way pa lang, i feel like i wasn't going to like this one. sobrang tahimik kasi ng street...parang kakatakot maglakad pag gabi. malapit lang dun nakatira si melay so pinuntahan ko muna sya at sinamahan nya akong tumingin ng apartment. di ko tlaga gusto yung apartment, parang nde friendly ang mga housemates. at bagsak sa unang criteria ko na dapat maganda ang cr hehehe

feeling ko mahihirapan na ako maghanap ng apartment ngayon, kasi i think i wouldn't be able to help but compare my would-be housemates kina thuan and suyin...sana talaga i can find housemates as nice as them...sabi pa ni suyin kanina, i can take my time finding my apartment...kaya lang i'm afraid if i stay too long with them, i might get very comfortable and find it hard to adjust when i move out and live with other housemates.

grabeh, ngayon ko lang narealize...nde ko pa naattempt magsearch ng apartment sa city...pag magsesearch ka kasi sa mga sites, kelan ienter ang suburb o postcode,, nde ko pa alam before anung suburb name ng city...sydney pala...ngayon ko lang narealize noh? slow! nung nagsearch ako, may nakita akong ilang magandang apartment...bukas ko na lang tatawagan, late na kasi eh.
